San Francisco 2011 - Part 2

Wednesday night we drove to the game so the whole Chou fam could come after Jim got off work. Got to go over the Golden Gate Bridge, shrouded in fog.
Back at AT&T Park.

Today we were at third base.

You can see the water through the gates, just on the other side of the wall.

Hey! Circle me Bert!

Oh-oh! Fear the Beard?

Boo--the Twins lost.

As soon as everyone started leaving the seagulls swooped in.

Thursday we had a day game and another scenic ride on the ferry.

The Twins Fans.

Seats at first base today.

The beard is back.

And the Twins just couldn't make it happen.

Friday after the traditional Corte Madera Nordstrom trip, Jenni took us on a little tour of Tiberon to see where the REALLY rich people live.

What a view, huh?

The Cays. Robin Williams lives down there.

The Cays' marina with the Richmond-San Rafael bridge in the back ground.

Jenni scheduled a car for us to get back to the airport so she wouldn't be stuck in rush hour traffic for three hours . . . and look what showed up.

It was a pretty comfy ride. Too bad Matt had to go to New Orleans from the SF airport and had to take a bus. :)

what a fun trip! You are way better at blogging and taking pic's then me. Maybe that will be on next years resolutions list. :)

I can't even imagine being able to afford a home in that area! It's so picturesque! Isn't it funny...a limo is an eye-roller at prom, but a welcome sight when needing to get to the airport. I read in Via magazine that the Giants baseball field was built on a garbage dump, and where the outfield is located used to be part of the bay. The kayakers out in the water waiting for fly balls is pretty funny! How do they know where it's going to land? It's not like baseballs float!
